We are located in the New Forest National Park and easily accessible and just a few minutes from the M27
Rose cottage is the most popular cottage we have offering a spacious and luxurious stay with a private rose garden.
Rose Cottage is a luxury self-catering Cottage which has all the comfort needed to enjoy a fantastic holiday within the New Forest National Park. A comfortable king size bed, with crisp white linen, and a modern ensuite bathroom, will have you wake up refreshed every morning.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and all the pots, pans, tools and equipment needed for cooking and serving a great meal.
There are 3 televisions: in the kitchen, in the bedroom, and in the lounge.
Outside the lounge you have your own private garden with a relaxing fountain as a centre feature.
In the laundry room you will find a washer/dryer machine and iron facilities to make even longer stays practical.
To make the start of your stay more enjoyable we provide a generous welcome package of consumables.
This will include items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fresh fruit, condiments, toiletries and essential items for your cleaning cupboard/laundry.
For guests staying on a longer-term basis we provide weekly cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are supplied.
On the estate there is a tennis court which is available to use.
There are 3 pubs within walking distance and several pubs and restaurants a short drive away.
There is a small Waitrose, Spar and Budgens convenience stores a short drive away, whilst Asda and Morrison’s supermarkets are a 10 minute drive.
The New Forest National Park covers a large area and there is a lot to do and to explore. From free roaming ponies, forest walks, cute little villages with thatched roofs, beaches, museums, gardens, historic houses, cosy country pubs, amusement parks, and several golf courses… just to mention some of it. There really is something for everyone.

Rose Cottage is designed for two adults. Bumblebee Cottage is designed for up to 4 guests
You are more than welcome to bring a well behaved dog, if you are staying in Rose Cottage, however we do ask that they are kept on a lead whilst on our grounds as we do have lots of animals around the estate. Unfortunately, the layout of Bumblebee Cottage if not suitable for pets.
Rose Cottage has a large fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob and mirco-wave. There is also a full size fridge freezer. There is a 6-seat dining table.
Bumblebee has a small kitchenette with a 2 ring hob and microwave for cooking with a 2 seater breakfast bar.
Rose Cottage is designed for 2 people and has one king size bed.
Bumblebee is designed for up to 4 people and has 2 x king size beds.
Due to fire safety and insurance, only people named on the booking are permitted to stay over-night.
Guests are allowed to bring one well behaved dog to stay with them in our larger Rose cottage, provided they are kept on a lead within the grounds of the estate due to the animals on the grounds.
However due to the layout of Bumblebee Cottage, unfortunately, we can’t allow pets in this Cottage.
During the holiday season, bookings tend to be back to back, therefore we do have to allow sufficient time between check-out and check-in times for professional cleaning.
Check-in is from 4pm – 7pm – we appreciate with traffic, this may not always be possible, but please contact us if it is going to be outside of these times so we can ensure we are available
Check-out is 10am
Parties – We are very sorry, but we do not allow parties as we have to respect other guests staying.
Additional Guests – We fully appreciate that you may have friends or relations living locally and they may want to visit during the day throughout your stay and this is of course fine, we just ask that they also follow the house rules.
The minimum booking is 3 x nights
