Deanery Court is a modern development of 27 purpose built serviced apartments all fully furnished to a high standard to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Deanery Court is located just outside of Ocean Village and is one of the very few developments in the area where serviced apartments are actually permitted.

Whether you are staying for work, leisure or hospital treatment, Deanery Court is the ideal location.

All apartment have high speed internet access and a study desk. The development is quite, yet very accessible to the main parts of Southampton.

Deanery Court is a few minutes walk from Ocean Village and the City Centre.

There is a convenience shop / newsagent within the development. There is also a bus stop just outside.

Whilst all of our serviced apartments are finished to the same level of design and comfort, we do offer two different styles with a choice of either 3 or 4 person maximum occupancy.

Our house-keeping staff are onsite most days and are happy to help with anything they can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

There is free allocated parking for 1 x car onsite.

General Questions

Deanery Court is just a few minutes walk from Ocean Village, where there is a selection of Bars and Restaurants.

The City Centre is about 5 minutes walk.

There is a local convenience store within the development

There is a private internet connection in each apartment and also a study desk

Each Serviced Apartment has a large fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob and mirco-wave. There is also a full size fridge freezer. There is a 4-seat dining table.

You will also find a very good selection of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Yes – Deanery Court has a gated car park with 1 x allocated space per apartment

Your are more than welcome to have guests visit you whilst you are staying during the day. Due to insurance we are only permitted to have the named guests stay over night.

House Rules

Our two bedroom apartments are designed to accommodate upto for 4 people and has a king size bed in each bedroom.

Our slightly smaller 1.5 bedroom apartments are  designed too accommodate up to 3 people and has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a single bed in the second bedroom.

Due to fire safety and insurance, only people named on the booking are permitted to stay over-night.

Yes, children are allowed

Guests are allowed to bring one well behaved dog to stay with them in our larger apartments, provided they are kept on a lead within the grounds. There is a nightly surcharge of £5 for dogs.

We do keep quite busy and, bookings tend to be back to back, therefore we do have to allow sufficient time between check-out and check-in times for professional cleaning.

Check-in is from 4pm –  we have an automated check-in and your entry code is designed to be operational from the check-in time

Check-out is before 10am

Parties – We are very sorry, but we do not allow parties as we have to respect other guests staying.

Additional Guests – We fully appreciate that you may have friends or relations living locally and they may want to visit during the day throughout your stay and this is of course fine, we just ask that they also follow the house rules. 

The Serviced Apartments are professionally cleaned prior to each stay and for guests staying for 7 nights or more, we offer weekly cleaning

The usual minimum booking is 5 x nights, however should you requirements be different, please contact us for availability.
