Vittrum was originally set up after its founder, Sandra noticed a huge gap in the local market place.

Having spent many years of her working life travelling internationally, and staying in serviced accommodation, Sandra noticed there was a gap in the local marketplace for well presented serviced apartments that have a well designed, yet homely feel, backed by a personal friendly service.

Having looked at the competition it was clear that many companies didn’t offer this level of service and in 2016 Vittrum was established.

Today, the business is managed by Sandra together with her partner Richard who has been in the Southampton property arena for many years.

The core values of the business are and have always been to offer a personal and friendly service and this is achieved by being local and understanding the marketplace as well as the individual needs of guests and corporate clients.
