Kings Park Apartments are located just a few minutes walk from the Southampton City Centre and is one of the very few developments in the area where serviced apartments are actually permitted.

Whether you are staying for work, leisure or hospital treatment, Kings Park Apartments is the ideal location.

All apartment have high speed internet access and the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have a study desk. The development is very accessible to the main parts of Southampton.

Kings Park Apartments are a few minutes walk from City Centre and located in Southampton’s Business and Financial Quadrant.

London Road, with a range of shops including a Tesco Express and take aways and bars is just a couple minutes walk away. West Quay shopping Centre that boasts a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in about 10 minutes walk. There is also a bus stop just outside.

Whilst all of our serviced apartments are finished to the same level of design and comfort, each apartment has its own unique features with a choice of either 1 or 2 or 4 person maximum occupancy.

Our house-keeping staff are onsite most days and are happy to help with anything they can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

There is on-street parking available outside of the development and a Council Car Park next door.

General Questions

Kings Park Apartments is just a few minutes walk from London Road and the general Bedford Place area, where there is a good selection of Shops, take-aways, Bars and Restaurants.

The City Centre is about 5 minutes walk.

There is a Tesco convenience store just a few minutes away and a large Asda superstore about 8 minutes walk

There is a high speed Wi-Fi internet connection in each apartment and also a study desk

Each Serviced Apartment has a large fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob and mirco-wave. There is also a full size fridge freezer. There is a 2-seat dining table in the one bedroom apartments and a 4 seat table in the 2 bedroom apartment.

You will also find a very good selection of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

There is a local pay and display car park next to the development and on-street parking outside of Kings Park Apartments

Your are more than welcome to have guests visit you whilst you are staying during the day. Due to insurance we are only permitted to have the named guests stay over night.

House Rules

Our two bedroom apartments are designed to accommodate upto for 4 people and has a king size bed in each bedroom.

Our one bedroom and studio apartments are  designed too accommodate up to 2 people and have a double size bed in the in the bedroom.

Due to fire safety and insurance, only people named on the booking are permitted to stay over-night.

Yes, children are allowed

We are sorry, but there is a no pet policy at this development

We do keep quite busy and, bookings tend to be back to back, therefore we do have to allow sufficient time between check-out and check-in times for professional cleaning.

Check-in is from 4pm –  we have an automated check-in and your entry code is designed to be operational from the check-in time

Check-out is before 10am

Parties – We are very sorry, but we do not allow parties as we have to respect other guests staying.

Additional Guests – We fully appreciate that you may have friends or relations living locally and they may want to visit during the day throughout your stay and this is of course fine, we just ask that they also follow the house rules. 

The Serviced Apartments are professionally cleaned prior to each stay and for guests staying for 7 nights or more, we offer weekly cleaning

The usual minimum booking is 3 x nights, however should you requirements be different, please contact us for availability.
